The hygienist seemed tentative and somewhat disorganized at the outset. Once she started working on my teeth, she was very thorough. I learned that she is new to your office, and that may explain her initial lack of sureness.

My usual punctual efficient friendly visit, with my problem dealt with thoroughly and competently, have never had anything else but this kind of appointment in this office.

The staff go out of their way to ensure I'm comfortable and to explain every procedure required. They are thorough, efficient and friendly. Always a great experience at Coach Hill Dental.

Coach Hill Dental always provides great service. I have just one small complaint. The dental chairs are not all that comfortable for a guy my size (250 pounds, 6 feet tall). Mind you I was in the chair for about two hours, so I don't have much to complain about.

The team at Coach Hill Dental are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love bringing my family there. I have been a client at multiple offices in the city and I am so glad I landed here after moving to a nearby community two years ago. Even through the pandemic, they always strived to create a positive and personal experience. The receptionist is so kind that you are left with a positive impression even after initial phone contact. This is not always the case with clerical staff and I was immediately impressed. The hygienists communicate with you throughout your visit and make a ton of recommendations. I appreciate that they provide education during the service. I would recommend coach Hill dental to anyone.
